Pricing
Small: £8
Large: £12
You will incur a charge of £2 per change for any changes made after the bow is finished. I have tried to make the order form as easy and open as possible, and I have given plenty of opportunity for you to tell me what you like/dislike. If you do not tell me which decorations you dislike, I'll assume you have looked at my other works and are happy for me to design at my own discretion!
Colours are checked with you before I begin making the bow, so please make sure you're happy with them. You will incur a charge that equals the price of the bow if you decide against the colours once it has been made and presented to you. Bows cannot be taken apart due to the glue used so once the ribbon is stuck, it's stuck!
Payment
Paypal or bank! For paypal, if you aren't comfortable paying with Friends & Family, please be willing to cover the small Goods & Services fee. This is normally less than £1 and I can check the exact fee for you.
You will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the price of the bow (e.g. small: £4, large: £6). This is to prevent time wasters. You are welcome to pay the full price of the bow (plus postage if you wish!), instead of only the deposit, if you prefer to pay in one installment.
Once you have paid the deposit, it is of course non-refundable, even if you change your mind. So please be mindful of this!
Postage
Be mindful of postage costs when placing your order! I do not want disputes regarding postage costs. I use the exact costs from Royal Mail, so feel free to ask me to check what postage will cost you BEFORE you pay a deposit. Bare in mind, if you live outside of the UK, postage could get pricey!
Ordering your custom bow:
- First submit an order form. Please read the entire form carefully after considering these terms and conditions, and answer the questions as best as you can so that I can do a good job!
- Once your form is submitted, I will contact you to confirm the order and you will be expected to pay the deposit. I will not begin working on your order until the deposit has been paid.
- Afterwards, I will show you the colours I have selected for the design so you can let me know if they are suitable! And don't worry; if I don't feel I have anything suitable I will let you know BEFORE you pay the deposit, so you can decide whether you're happy to wait for me to source something great.
- I will let you know when your order has been made to show you your final bow. Please allow 7 days from the date you pay your deposit for the bow to be made.
- Finally, I will request the remainder of the payment plus postage cost, and let you know when your order will be shipped! You have 72 hours to pay the remainder plus postage cost so make sure you're able to pay when submitting an order form.
